ISDIN, a dermatological products company, has an ecommerce from which it sells its products.

This ecommerce is in continuous development and different teams make the changes, without a common methodology. This often means that errors have to be corrected in the production environment once the changes have been deployed.

Objectives

The company wants to increase the quality of the tool (e-commerce), minimising subsequent corrective and perfective maintenance, by introducing the QA Lead, which provides all teams with the same methodology and testing mechanisms.
