Mobile application for online banking

The challenge

One of the most important banks in Spain sought to position itself in the top of the banks with the best app for mobile devices, facilitating its customers’ operations, and thus opt to win the award for best banking app of the year.

Objectives

The challenge was to enable 90% of customer transactions to be carried out with the app, downloading the branches of the operation of these transactions.

The necessary functionalities were developed to expand and consolidate customer operations through the app, adapting the user experience to all types of customers.
