The challenge

Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (B:SM) is a leading company in mobility, culture, and leisure in the city of Barcelona. B:SM has a large ecosystem of portals that offer information and web services to both citizens and tourists.

Objectives

To provide a continuous maintenance service that ensures the correct functioning of the entire ecosystem at all times. During which all Drupal versions need to be kept up-to-date, in order to minimize risks and vulnerabilities. As part of continuous improvement, the service includes the development of evolutionary solutions to meet new needs and provide a greater value to the users.
