1. Information we collect from you
– In order to start a selection process, you are asked to provide personal data voluntarily.
– Registration information: When you send a candidature to Basetis, you register or complete forms, and we collect information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number, email address and the CV attached.
– The data of the CV published and collected through the web portals of those universities with which BASETIS has a signed agreement, and in which you have given the explicit consent to be contacted to participate in selection processes.
Information we collect internally:
– Referencer: To start a candidacy in Basetis it is possible that you have been referenced or recommended internally by a person from Basetis. In this case, this information is incorporated into your file as a candidate.
– Opinions: When a selection process is initiated, the participants in it have the obligation to incorporate their opinions in the candidate’s file in order to be more efficient and also to be able to review their work.
2. Our use of the information collected
Below we inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data:
– Information that you provide voluntarily (Registration information and data provided on university web portals): Allows us to identify you as a candidate; contact you to meet you and assess your candidacy; communicate the result of the selection process; and notify you of new opportunities that fit your profile and that may arise during the next 24 months after the selection process has ended without you having been integrated into the Basetis staff.
– Information that we collect internally: When a selection process is initiated there is a series of data that is collected internally (information of the reference person and opinions generated in the process). The data of who was your referrer and the comments generated in the selection process provide us with useful information in case, in the future, it is decided to start a new process with us and also for the purposes of self-analysis and management of our work. Therefore, it is a legitimate interest of Basetis to keep this data.
3. With whom we share your personal data
By providing the Services, depending on the circumstances, we will share your personal data with the following entities:
We may share your personal data with the following recipients (and whenever we do, we will ensure that we have the appropriate security and contractual guarantees to protect it):
– Third parties that support our Services. For example, external agency that manages payroll management, such as MLT Group Comprehensive advice;
– Possible customers of Basetis for whom we believe the candidate can provide services. Sometimes, for specific projects carried out by Basetis, it is necessary for the client to approve or agree on the specific person of Basetis who will be in charge of performing the functions.
– Any agency that is responsible for enforcing the law or regulatory body, government agency, court or other third party to whom we believe it is necessary to disclose the information (i) to comply with the applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;
– If any part of our business enters into a joint company, buys another company or sells or merges with another business entity, your information could be disclosed or transferred to the destination company or to new business partners or owners or their agents and advisors. In these circumstances, we will always inform the corresponding entities that they should only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Candidature Privacy Policy.
