The challenge

Ambulàncies Domingo is a medical transport company that offers fleets of ambulances and provides medical coverage for events.

It has a tablet app for fleet management and needs to update it.

Objectives

Design and develop a new app to coordinate the transports to be carried out between the ambulances in the fleet.

The users of the app are the ambulance drivers and staff.

Additionally, to ensure a good response to patients, the app has to limit free use and has to use the kiosk mode of the tablet.

Results provided

Complete design with which usability has been improved, making it easier to use and simplifying operations.

New functionality: chat, replacement of email communications.

Improvements in performance, geolocation and real-time tracking.
